6. Once you begin seeing visible reduction in cellulite, don't stop the physical exercises! The cellulite is being removed because your exercising; meaning if you stop, the cellulite accumulation will likely return. Keep going with the physical exercises to maintain everlasting cellulite reduction.
7. Once cellulite has been drastically lowered, you will no longer have to workout as hard. Rather than intensive workout, all you actually need is basic maintenance. Go back to the 15-20 minute schedules and keep them up for as long as you wish to keep cellulite deposits off your body.
